1. Duration: Advertisements placed with go2sunnyspain & go2sunnyspainrealestate, a part of DanishTECH Denmark, are contracted for a duration of one (1) year or  monthly from the activation date, as stated on the advertisers invoice, unless otherwise specifically detailed in writing.

2. Payment Terms:

• 2.1 Advertisers are expected to remit payment netto kontant within eight (8) days from the date stated on the invoice.
• 2.2 Payments can be made using the following methods:

3. Content Review and Acceptance:

• 3.1 All content provided by the Advertiser for promotional purposes must adhere to existing laws, regulations, and ethical standards. It is imperative that they not infringe upon third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• 3.2 We hold the prerogative to review, amend, or decline any content submitted by the Advertiser that We find inappropriate, offensive, or in contravention of these terms.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

• 4.1 Should the Advertiser decide to rescind their advertisement prior to the lapse of the one-year term, this must be done via email to our customer service and go2sunnyspain & go2sunnyspainrealestate , a part of DanishTECH Denmark shall not be obligated to refund any amounts for the unused duration.

5. Disclaimer on Ad Efficacy:

• 5.1 We do not assure or commit to any specific number of views, engagements, clicks, or the overall efficacy of an advertisement.

6. Liability and Indemnification:

• 6.1 The Advertiser accepts when advertising on go2sunnyspain & go2sunnyspainrealestate, a part of DanishTECH Denmark, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless go2sunnyspain & go2sunnyspainrealestate, a part of DanishTECH Denmark, its associates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and related expenses stemming from the Advertiser’s content, products, or advertised services.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• 7.1 The interpretation, enactment, and resolution of this agreement are governed by the prevailing laws of Denmark.
• 7.2 Disputes or disagreements stemming from or related to this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Denmark, abiding by Danish arbitration statutes.
